We are a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant group known for our wood-fired grill, scratch kitchen, and genuine hospitality. The Opportunity - Assistant General Manager in Wilmington, DE

We are hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Wilmington, DE location. This is a hands-on leadership role for an AGM who can run a great shift, develop a strong team, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction in a busy, scratch environment.

This Assistant General Manager opportunity in Wilmington, DE reports directly to the General Manager and is a key part of the management team.

What You'll Do as Assistant General Manager:

Lead FOH operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences during high-volume service
Train, coach, and motivate a team of 30+ hourly team members and supervisors
Partner with GM and culinary team on staffing, scheduling, labor and cost controls
Uphold standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Drive sales through hospitality, community involvement, and operational excellence
Own opening/closing responsibilities and problem-solve in real time

What You Bring:

2+ years as an AGM, or Senior Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (polished casual / casual fine dining preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and guest recovery skills
Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, and restaurant systems
Passion for hospitality, coaching, and building culture
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
