This person will manage existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the industry.Client Service and RetentionDrive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our customers and the spaces that bring them joy and peaceProvide excellent service and communication with a focus on problem-solvingPromote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare's cultureProvide organizational management, leadership and communication between the client and production teamMaintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process in conjunction with the Production Manager to identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunitiesCreate client proposals, contracts, and recommendations and estimates that are designed to meet each client's objectivesCoordinate between client expectations and production reality to ensure every project reflects our commitment to qualityPromote sustainable solutions that create landscapes supporting the health of the planet while meeting client needsNew Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing customersActively prospect for potential clients and pursue new business relationships through authentic relationship buildingParticipate in, organize, and lead networking events to foster relationships with potential and existing customers as both a leader in the industry and a representative of LandCareEngage with property owners who understand the transformative power of thoughtfully designed outdoor environments that benefit both people and the planetProfessional DevelopmentParticipate in programs that focus on building operational excellenceEngage in networking and growth opportunities through our Women's Initiative NetworkJoin Book Clubs and other learning initiatives that foster continuous professional growthAccess mentorship and training programs designed to advance your career in meaningful ways
