Understand the features, benefits, and applications of different HVAC products. Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Analyze competitors and gather information on their products and pricing. Sales Support: Aid the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing product information. Customer Relations: Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products and services. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Order Processing: Assist in processing and tracking customer orders. Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, stretch, kneel, squat, push, pull, and move about the facility for the entirety of the shift. Work Environment Location of position: Various Texas Cities, OKC May Need to Travel 25% Background checks required Possess and maintain a valid driver's license Work will generally be performed in a branch environment, including warehouse, sales counter, and office setting, with exposure to a variety of operational and administrative functions. May be exposed to Warehouse/Shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
