Receptionist (Part-Time)

Position: Receptionist – Cambridge-Isanti Part‑time, approximately 24 hours per week, 3 days a week in‑office (Mondays and Fridays required, third day flexible). Key Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls. Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members. Support Account Managers with client needs, data entry, and administrative tasks. Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and clean‑up (including food ordering as needed). Maintain office supplies (inventory, ordering, and distribution). Maintain office security procedures. Support basic insurance related tasks (training provided). Provide occasional backup support to other branch locations (Princeton, Foley, Cambridge). Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Education, Training & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 to $21 per hour. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
