Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals


• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right vehicle


• Continuously expand product knowledge and sales expertise, staying informed on vehicle features, optional packages, and the latest technologies


• Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles to highlight key features and benefits


• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage future referrals


• Master objection-handling techniques to navigate sales challenges and maximize success in various situations


• Report to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales objectives, planned activities, and performance analysis


• Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to every sales interaction


• Perform other duties as assigned to support the dealership’s goals and operations

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous Sales Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• 
  Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain product features clearly and persuasively


• 
  Customer-Centric Attitude : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their unique needs


• 
  Product Knowledge : Basic understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and market trends; willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies


• 
  Strong Negotiation Skills : Ability to guide customers through the sales process and close deals in a professional and effective manner

  Problem-Solving Abilities : Capacity to handle customer objections and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach

  Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software, online sales tools, and other technology to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
