Youth Advocate Supervisor — Lead, Mentor & Advocate

Bay State Community Services is seeking a Youth Advocate Supervisor to oversee a team of Youth Advocates delivering direct support, mentorship, and advocacy to youth facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and adherence to program standards.
