Intune Specialist

Job Description

Location: Ashburn, VA, Irving, TX, Suwanee, GA or Overland Park, KS- 4 Days Onsite

We are seeking a hands-on Mac & iOS Intune Specialist with strong expertise in Apple endpoint management and Microsoft Intune. The primary focus of this role is migrating Mac devices from JAMF to Intune and managing Apple endpoints at scale.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead the migration of Mac laptops and desktops from JAMF Pro to Microsoft Intune.
\n
• Manage and support macOS and iOS/iPhone devices through Intune.
\n
• Configure device enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, compliance, applications, and security settings.
\n
• Troubleshoot and support Apple endpoints for employees and vendors.
\n
• Help scale the environment from approximately 300 Macs and iPhones to thousands of devices.
\n
• Develop and maintain scalable Apple endpoint management processes.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Strong hands-on Mac/macOS administration and engineering experience.
\n
• Strong Microsoft Intune experience.
\n
• Enterprise JAMF Pro experience.
\n
• Direct experience with JAMF-to-Intune migration.
\n
• Experience managing iOS/iPhones through Intune or another MDM platform.
\n
• Experience managing Apple devices at scale.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and endpoint management skills.
