At Choice Medical Group , we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional physicians. High Desert Neuro Diagnostic is a well-established neurology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care throughout the High Desert community.

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join our growing practice in Apple Valley, California. Due to increasing patient demand, this opportunity offers a predominantly outpatient practice, excellent clinical support, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships within an established neurology group.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time preferred; Part-Time considered
• W-2 or 1099 employment options available
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Primarily outpatient Neurology with limited inpatient hospital consultations
• No routine call responsibilities
• Average patient volume of approximately 15-20 patients per day
• Adult patient population (18+) with a mix of new consultations and follow-up visits
• Treat a broad range of neurological conditions including headaches, dementia, seizures, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, tremors, and other general neurological disorders
• Onsite EEG and EMG capabilities; experience with EEG/EMG is preferred but not necessary
• Join an established team of three Neurologists with dedicated Medical Assistant support
• Guaranteed base salary starting at $350,000 , negotiable based on experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• General Neurologists and fellowship-trained Neurologists are welcome
• Eligible for or active California medical license
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered neurological care
• Open to experienced physicians as well as physicians completing training in 2026 or 2027
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care skills
