We're seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to become part of our family of caregivers. We have full and part-time opportunities at both Rosedale Green in Covington and Emerald Trace in Erlanger

Job Requirements

To ensure the person hired for this position will be successful we are requiring the following:

• LPN/RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky
• Prior long term care experience is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred
• Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be a plus
• Excellent ability to foster a team-oriented work environment
