As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts for their vehicles.Responsibilities:- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and parts trends- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the parts department runs smoothlyRequirements:- Previous experience in parts sales or a related field, but we are willing to train the right person- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in computer systems and software used in parts sales- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
