Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist

Shift options: any 8-hour shift between 07:30 and 18:00 Posted schedule: 5x8, MF, 09:3018:00

Contract Length: Up to 26 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Per week

Requirements:

• Pediatric (PEDS) experience: 1 year required
• Required license: California PT license
• Certifications: BLS
• Charting system experience: Epic

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Work independently, managing patient caseload effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All requests for time off must be included at submission.
• Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits.
• Pre-start modules may average ~16 hours; more than 20 hours requires prior management approval.
• Local radius: 50 miles; locals accepted with potential rate differences.
• Submission limit: Can only be submitted to one facility at a time.
