This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe, accurate deliveries and in providing a positive, customer-focused service. **Schedule** Location: 675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286 Shift: 4 **:30AM Start time** **Pay and Benefits** + **Starting Pay: $23.00/hr + Potential Quarterly Bonus** + Safe Driver Incentive + Hourly Bonus Potential + Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days) + 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match + Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness + Product Discounts, and more **Qualifications** + Must be **at least 21 years old** with a valid driver's license + Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements. + Comfortable lifting and handling materials **up to 50 lbs** + Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset + Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks + Experience is delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus + **Regular and reliable attendance** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Commitment to following all **safety policies and PPE requirements** + **Ability to work overtime** including extended hours as needed based on business demands **Responsibilities** + Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete + Pick up customer returns and verify product matches + Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership + Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required + Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management + Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements + Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
