Food Production Manager 3 – Larned State Hospital, Larned, KS Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 for Larned State Hospital in Larned, KS. The Food Production Manager will oversee inventory, purchasing, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in kitchen management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams. The salary range is negotiable and dependent on experience, with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. Schedule is mostly Monday–Friday. Incentives May be eligible for sign‑on bonus. What You’ll Do Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff. Kitchen management. Provide stellar customer service. Oversee ordering, procurement, and inventories. Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
