Overnight Resident MonitorLocation: Bartow, FL Compensation: $16.00/hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Operations Reports To: Facility DirectorPosition OverviewThe Resident Monitor plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, security, and daily operations of a work release facility serving individuals transitioning back into the community.This position combines custodial supervision, documentation, and client interaction to ensure a structured, compliant, and supportive environment.
