You are passionate about success, have a powerful work ethic, and are willing to put in the effort. You will be given a regular flow of leads, including landlords and tenants who need to purchase a home or property, and property owners who need to list properties that we currently have under management. As a comprehensive residential Real Estate and Property Management company with more than 3000 properties under management, we have the ability to offer you quick payment with multiple lease listings monthly as well as listing presentation opportunities with our Business Development Team. Commission Structure Investment property transactions Tenant/Homebuyer conversions Lease Listings Commission-Based Compensation through the above categories with uncapped earning potential. Uncapped earning potential with average annual potential $100,000 - $400,000. Responsibilities Build, grow, and maintain client relationships. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy. Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity. Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents. Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property. Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time. Ensure current resident files are properly maintained. Make 20+ phone calls per day. Work weekends required. Qualifications Texas real estate license required. Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client. Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
