The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Key responsibilities include daily management, training, and acting as an ambassador for the "Train Different" philosophy. You will assist in managing the guest pipeline, help the team reach membership and private coaching targets, and execute in-club events and community outreach. You will also engage with members to ensure satisfaction, conduct regular facility checks, and assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and compliance.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, strong communication skills, proficiency in basic computer systems, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs, and current CPR/AED certification. A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
