Associate Recruiter

About the Role Acuity Technology Partners is a growing technology recruiting firm focused on helping clients build out their technical, sales, and operations teams. We're hiring an Associate Recruiter to join our team and own the full recruiting cycle for client roles - from understanding a client's hiring need through sourcing, screening, and helping land the right candidate. This is a great entry point for someone early in their career who is organized, persistent, and energized by talking to people and solving problems. You’ll work searches across our core client base, MSPs and IT Consulting firms. What You’ll Do Understand client hiring needs and role requirements Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach Screen candidates for fit, skills, and motivation before submitting to clients Manage candidate pipelines and keep client and candidate communication moving Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops between clients and candidates Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM Build relationships with candidates and clients that lead to repeat business and referrals What We’re Looking For Recent college graduate or equivalent experience — no prior recruiting experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a "get on the phone" mentality Organized and able to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay Comfortable with LinkedIn, ATS tools, and general office software (we’ll train on our specific stack) Comfortable using your personal LinkedIn profile for high-volume outreach and recruiting activity Compensation $40,000 annual base salary Placement-based incentive plan with quarterly accelerators — OTE $55,000–$65,000 for consistent performers, with no cap for top producers W2 employment; this role does not include health insurance, PTO, or other employer-sponsored benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
