Warehouse Loader – Lancaster, TX What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Role, You’ll: Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred What You’ll Bring: Forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred The Schedule & Setting: Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods Weekend and holiday availability required Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) Pay & Benefits: Pay Range (Base Pay): $22.30 hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
