Snapology is hiring a Special Event Assistant to help us show up strong at farmers markets, festivals, and local community events — both weekday and weekend opportunities available. If you’re outgoing, dependable, and comfortable leading quick activities with kids in a busy setting, this is a great fit. You’ll represent Snapology in the community by running interactive LEGO build stations and engaging families in a high-energy event environment. Responsibilities Set up and break down event booths Lead short, hands-on build activities for kids Confidently manage small groups in a busy outdoor setting Talk with parents about camps, classes, and birthday parties Help collect leads and promote upcoming programs Keep materials organized and the booth looking sharp Qualifications Comfortable approaching and talking with families Experience working with kids (camps, babysitting, coaching, youth programs, etc.) Able to confidently take charge of small groups Professional, positive, and reliable Comfortable working outdoors and lifting light equipment No teaching degree required — just confidence, warmth, and strong people skills.
