We're looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. If you're a strong leader who can jump in, take charge, and keep a kitchen running smoothly - we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of 5-25 kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Coach, train, and hold team members accountable
Assist with inventory, ordering, and waste control
Support high-volume service and private events

What We Need:

3+ years in food & beverage or hospitality
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
