Responsibilities

Answer and direct inbound phone calls.

Provide administrative support to the Service Department.

Assist with general office tasks and customer service requests.

Support the team with day-to-day operations and other duties as needed.

Requirements

Must be a team player

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented and dependable.

Proficient with computers and basic office software.

Prior office or customer service experience is preferred.

Insurance experience is a plus but not requiredwe are happy to train the right person.
