Requirements

• Active RN license in Washington State
• 1–2 years of nursing experience required
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience required
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
• Comfortable providing care in a rural/community setting
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications required
