Implementation Project Manager

Miami, FL (Hybrid/Onsite - 4 Days Per Week) Contract to Hire Job Description 5+ years of experience managing IT projects across enterprise environments, delivering technology initiatives on time and within budget. Proven experience leading Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Data Warehouse projects from initiation through implementation. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure. Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. Proven ability to coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are validated before production deployment. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across business, technical, and executive teams. Experience managing project schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams. Hands-on experience with Release Management, including deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness. Knowledge of Change Management processes, change control, impact analysis, and implementation planning. Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting project deliverables. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced enterprise environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
