The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:

• Process and verify gifts and donations-including large payments, electronic transfers, and government checks-with accuracy, integrity, and care.
• Review source documents to confirm donor intent, gift designations, and proper processing steps.
• Accurately enter and manage data in donor databases and imaging systems while maintaining ministry standards for quality and timeliness.
• Ensure donations reach the right ministry or department, supporting the organization's mission to serve others effectively.
• Research and resolve missing donor information, drawing on giving history and donor records to maintain strong, faithful relationships.
• Handle and prepare incoming mail and donations with attention to detail, stewardship, and confidentiality.
• Maintain batch controls and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and uphold smooth, efficient daily operations that honor donor trust.
