We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Pay: $24.72 per hour Key Responsibilities:Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaningNotify supervisor of needed suppliesRemove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as neededProperly utilize equipment and follow all safety proceduresMaintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areasInspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisorFollow all security procedures and precautions at all timesComplete daily work orders in a timely mannerMaintain equipment in good working conditionRefill dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap; clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and countersMaintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furnitureLift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionallyPerform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching as neededWork in outdoor weather conditions as requiredRespond to emergencies in a timely mannerClimb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessaryMaintain a friendly and professional attitudeRegular and reliable attendanceExtra Information: Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
