EXPERIENCED SCHEDULING/PATIENT COORDINATOR FOR SUPER SMILES DENTAL

Professional individual needed to fill the position of scheduling/patient coordinator for a growing and thriving family friendly dental office in Burlington. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills and customer service abilities, is able to multi-task and efficiently perform all usual front desk functions including registering new patients, answering the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, posting treatment and payments to the appointments, work the recall list, arrange appointments for a full day of work but not overwhelming for your teammates.  

Experience in the dental field is a must. We are looking for the right person to help the office reach exponential growth . Knowledge of dental treatment plan, insurance benefits, copay calculation and billing is a plus for this position.

The position is full-time (30-40hrs per week) Monday - Friday and one Saturday per month September to June; Monday-Thursday summer hours (July and August).
