Eikon Therapeutics is a new biopharmaceutical company employing revolutionary technology at the intersection of chemistry, engineering, computation, and biology to discover novel treatments for life-threatening diseases. Eikon’s discovery platform is built on groundbreaking innovations from its founders (Nobel Prize, 2014), culminating in the creation of microscopes which enable real time, molecular-resolution measurements of protein movement in living cells, thereby unlocking otherwise intractable classes of proteins as drug targets. Ensure Total Rewards programs and practices comply with applicable SEC, SOX, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements. Lead the Total Rewards technology, reporting, and analytics roadmap, including SuccessFactors and compensation planning tools, to improve data quality, program effectiveness, and decision-making. Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to provide Total Rewards guidance supporting workforce planning, organizational growth, and hiring decisions, while delivering clear communications that help leaders and employees understand Eikon's programs and philosophy. Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s plus 15+ years of relevant experience.
