An exciting role awaits a compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join a secure mental health unit that supports individuals with complex behavioral health needs. You will collaborate with licensed clinicians to observe patients, document clinical observations, assist with therapeutic activities, and help maintain a calm, safe environment. The position includes a mandatory two-week training period on weekdays, followed by a regular one-day-per-week schedule with extended shifts to accommodate patient care and team coverage.
