What You'll Do

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and other business entities.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory support to a diverse portfolio of clients, including online content creators, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs.
• Research complex tax matters, identify potential tax-saving opportunities, and assist with proactive tax planning strategies.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax filings and related deliverables.
• Communicate directly with clients to address tax questions, gather financial documentation, and explain tax strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership and other accounting professionals to improve processes, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.
• Stay current on evolving federal and state tax regulations affecting individuals, small businesses, and self-employed professionals.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional tax preparation and compliance experience, preferably within public accounting or a tax advisory environment.
• Experience preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities, including partnerships and S corporations.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations, tax planning concepts, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using professional tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage client relationships and multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification; not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, small businesses, or clients with multiple income streams.
