Overview:

A growing outpatient orthopedics organization is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who is ready for growth and has a passion to advance their career. The PT hired will work 100% of their caseload at a beautiful clinic setting in Shreveport, LA. Full-time availability is required; 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 32 hours of availability per week will also be considered. New grad PTs are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling is available to suit the needs of the clinician hired. Working 4 days per week is possible.

No weekends or major holidays. You will enjoy an excellent work/life balance!

Caseload / Patient Population:

The caseload is primarily general outpatient orthopedics, all ages. A pelvic health caseload is available for interested candidates.

Full-time PTs typically see 11 patients per day. Patients are seen one-on-one.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for LA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
