Picker/Packer

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 1st and 2nd Shift. 1st Shift times: 6:00am-2:00pm; 2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pm This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team! High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential As an Order Picker/Packer, you will Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner Package various products to order specifications Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications Minimum of 6 months related work experience Experience using an RF Scanner High school diploma or equivalent Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Lift up to 50lbs Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
