NEW-Heavy Equipment Diesel FIELD Mechanic

Class-A Heavy Equipment Diesel Field MechanicWe are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled Class-A Heavy Equipment Diesel Field Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various types and brands of Heavy Equipment and diesel engines. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on Heavy Equipment and diesel engines (including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks)Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systemsConduct inspections to identify faulty parts or components that need repair or replacementUse diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accuratelyRepair or replace defective parts, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, brakes, air conditioning systems, and electrical systemsPerform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of diesel engines and Heavy EquipmentMaintain accurate records of all repairs and services performedRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of diesel enginesMust be a Class-A DIESEL MECHANICIt is preferred that you have experience working (or at least training) at a dealershipStrong knowledge of Heavy Equipment repair & maintenanceMust have experience in diagnosing & troubleshooting mechanical issues in Diesel powered engines & Heavy EquipmentMust have experience in diagnosing & repairing electrical issues in Diesel powered engines & Heavy EquipmentMust have experience in diagnosing HVAC systems in Diesel powered engines & Heavy EquipmentMust have a strong knowledge of hydraulic systems in Diesel powered engines & Heavy EquipmentMust be experienced in both DIAGNOSING and REPAIRING not only different types of Heavy Equipment, but also with different brands of Heavy Equipment AND Diesel enginesMust have at least 2 year's experience and trainingSchedule:8 hour shift -- FULL TIMEMonday to FridayWork Location: In personRequirements:OVER 21-years of ageVALID driver's licenseGOOD driving recordSince this is a FIELD repair position, you MUST have your OWN SET of TOOLSPay: This position starts at: $30/hr. - $40/hr.
