Commission-Only Cold Calling Appointment Setter – Home Improvement Sales (Remote)
UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL
We're looking for experienced, self-motivated cold callers to book qualified appointments for homeowners interested in home improvement systems.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with payouts for every qualified appointment that sits and additional commission on closes . If you're confident on the phone and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this is an opportunity to earn based on your results—not an hourly wage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners.
- Introduce our home improvement solutions
- Qualify interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
- Update call outcomes in our CRM.
- Meet daily calling and appointment goals.
WHAT WE PROVIDE

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Cold calling or appointment-setting experience (solar experience is a plus).

COMPENSATION
- 100% Commission
- Earn commissions per qualified sit and any appointment that closes
- No cap on earnings.
- Top performers can earn substantial weekly commissions based on production.
