Role Description We are seeking a passionate, somatic-minded mental health therapist to join our expanding clinical team in Webster, NY. This is a FT/PT, hybrid position specifically designed to accommodate busy families, working professionals, and shift workers who need flexible access to mental health care. In this role, you will provide individual, and occasionally relationship-focused, psychotherapy. You will guide clients through the emotional and relational weight of acute stress, operational trauma, and chronic overstimulation. You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, design tailored treatment plans, and work in tight alignment with our holistic team. For the right candidate who demonstrates alignment and a passion for physiological regulation, we offer the future option to be fully trained and certified in advanced LENS Neurofeedback. Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate) The First Responder Connection: You either come from a military/first response background yourself, have family ties to the line of duty, or possess a profound, culturally-competent desire to support local police, fire, and EMS personnel. The Somatic / Wellness Link: You understand that the mind and body are inseparable. A background, secondary certification, or passionate personal history in the health, fitness, or wellness space—such as yoga instruction, personal training, athletics, or bodywork —is highly preferred. You don't just treat the thoughts; you understand the physical nervous system. The Lifelong Learner: You are highly adaptable, open-minded, and eager to eventually learn how advanced neurotechnology can amplify traditional talk therapy outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Licensure: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. Must hold a current New York State License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or a valid Limited Permit in good standing. Clinical Foundation: Solid experience or training in evidence-based psychotherapy, clinical documentation, assessment, and trauma-informed care models. Relational Care: Proficiency or deep interest in relationship counseling, family systems, or helping individuals navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary environment, maintain elite professional boundaries, and communicate with absolute clarity. Why Join Eos?
