Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Prior experience working with preschool and/or school-aged children is desirable
• Proficiency in assessment, individualized education plans (IEPs), and therapeutic intervention techniques
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress and support educational goals
• Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, adapting strategies for varied learning styles
• Act as a resource for school staff and parents, promoting understanding of speech/language development
