Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production lines and support equipment. Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine PMs and track logs using CMMS software to minimize downtime. Diagnostics: Resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC/instrumentation issues. Support: Assist with system shutdowns, machine startups, and contractor oversight. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience: Associate degree in a technical field OR 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Technical Skills: solidbackground in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, blueprint reading, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Automation: Experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial controls. Requirements: Proficient with CMMS/PCs, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and US work authorization. Preventative Maintenance: Maintain a CMMS-tracked log to spot trends, perform routine PMs, and minimize unscheduled downtime. System Diagnostics: Utilize your expertise to diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC/instrumentation issues. Shutdown & Startup Support: Participate in planned shutdown activities, maintenance scheduling, and machine startups. Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Collaborate with OEM vendors for parts pricing and supervise third‑party contractors when needed. Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain high OSHA safety standards and keep a clean, organized work area.
