You will collaborate with associates to ensure the club meets member expectations. What You'll Do Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible, maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistency and quality of decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, use various products, maintain food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and equipment sanitation. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology for immediate decisions on production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand, model high‑quality service, interact with associates to identify roadblocks, assist in training, influence, and inspire teams in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style. Comply with company policies: Follow procedures, standards of ethics and integrity, implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply best practices. Complete work assignments: Use policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers and coworkers, identify priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change, and learn from feedback. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 6 months of experience in a fresh production area. Must be 18 years of age or older. Will complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time frame. Preferred Qualifications Cake decorating skills. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
