Job Title

Registered Nurse – Level 3/4 NICU (Contract / Seasonal Backfill)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3/4 NICU setting with a patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
• Operate and monitor specialized neonatal equipment including medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
• Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech electronic medical record systems
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting primarily of RNs and unit clerks on the night shift
• Adhere to unit-specific guidelines including strict dress code and infection control policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• No artificial nails or nail polish per unit infection control policy
• Must wear navy scrubs in compliance with unit dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience (non-first-time travelers preferred)
• Familiarity with CPN and/or Meditech EMR platforms
• Experience with neonatal-specific equipment such as giraffe isolettes and medfusion pumps
