About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Enterprise Capacity and Capital Management to take on a critical leadership role within its newly established Integrated Supply Chain Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the enterprise-wide capacity management strategy, governance, and operating model in alignment with business growth. This includes designing and executing integrated capacity planning frameworks, managing end-to-end capacity planning processes, and driving continuous evaluation cycles to identify risks and optimization opportunities. The role also involves leading enterprise resource prioritization and investment governance, developing decision frameworks for capital planning, and overseeing organizational footprint and resource allocation. Applicants for the VP, Enterprise Capacity and Capital Management position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience in global manufacturing environments, with at least 10 years in a management role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in coaching and advising senior executives, as well as experience in multi-site operations. Preferred qualifications include a background in technology, manufacturing, or power management industries, and a proven ability to balance operational and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital investments, experience in managing large projects, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong financial skills, the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, and a proven track record in leading change management and transformation initiatives.
