Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in obstetric and neonatal care, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions throughout labor and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Educate patients and families on obstetric procedures, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or complications during labor and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of obstetric and neonatal protocols.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
