Conewago is currently seeking applications for an experienced Saw Cutting Foreman. Ideal candidate is expected to manage the concrete saw crew, equipment and materials on-site. Candidate will also direct and perform wet/dry concrete cutting, wall sawing, floor sawing, soft cutting, floor grinding, polishing and coring. Additional duties include the following:
- Must have 3-5 Years' experience
- Ability to lead and supervise a crew keeping the projects moving efficiently
- Train and mentor less-experienced employees
- Coordinate the crew to load equipment and materials for each site
- Perform daily safety huddles
- Communicate with the manager of the division on the daily job progress
- Complete daily report with quantity of work performed during the course of the day.
- Must posses a valid driver's license
