Mortgage Production Manager

To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will oversee the loan process from start to finish, ensuring superior customer service and compliance with mortgage regulations. Key responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability Manage a pipeline of various loan products, ensuring the best program structure based on borrower circumstances Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass LOS preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Excellent math and analytics skills
