IT Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and quick-learning IT Support Assistant to provide Level 1 technical support. The ideal candidate is bright, has excellent communication skills, and can ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities :

• Triage and respond to Level 1 IT support tickets
• Set up and configure computers for new users
• Manage IT inventory and equipment tracking
• Create onboarding access and support user setup
