Operations Support Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales-floor needs, and customer service. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders. Maintain organized inventory, stockroom, sales floor, and fitting rooms. Support sales-floor associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers as needed. Process transactions and returns according to company policies. Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards. Requirements Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships. Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the store.
