Primary Care Physician – Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Flexible Schedule | Southeast Colorado (Lamar → Trinidad) Lykos Medical About the Role Lykos Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide supervisory and clinical oversight for Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) across rural Southeast Colorado. This role is ideal for physicians seeking schedule flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to support underserved senior communities.
