The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled JD Edwards Business Analyst that has a passion for optimizing business processes and implementing technology solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams and IT—translating business needs into IT requirements while using your experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One to enhance organizational efficiencies across multiple departments. If this is you, let’s chat! What You’ll Do: Work closely with the business groups to determine issues, train, document, and understand need versus want. When changes are required, you’ll interpret, document, and manage IT projects. Bridge business needs with strategically aligned IT solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing “current state” processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and the requirements to achieve “future state”. Leverage strong business analytics skills and project management skills to lead and manage large, complex projects, ensuring smooth execution from discovery through implementation. Collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, sales, inventory management, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle to design and implement solutions within the JD Edwards environment. Utilize your extensive experience with JD Edwards to enhance business operations and streamline workflows. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate requirements before system deployment. Provide expert guidance on aligning end-user roles with security protocols and audit standards. Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively seek opportunities for process improvement. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Comp Sci, Info. Tech. or related field 5+ years’ experience with the financial and distribution modules and JDE Tools within JD Edwards Enterprise One required 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise Planning, Supply Chain Management, or IT Business Analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Experience with WMS, Operations analytics (nice to have but not required). Why Join Us?
