Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee, to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education/Qualifications Current, unencumbered RN license in the state in which you work. Current CPR certification. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through software programs, including electronic health record software. Shift & Wage Full‑Time and Part‑Time Opportunities Available. Shifts Needed: 7 a‑7 p (12‑hour shifts). Wage: $35.50–45.25 per hour. Program details may vary among buildings; please see HR for facility‑specific benefit plans.
