About the Opportunity

As a Sales Leader, you will:

• Facilitate day-to-day operations

• Build a book of business with long-term residual income

• Hire, train, and lead a team of licensed producers

• Deliver protection solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial lines

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and marketing

• Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

• Hit and exceed revenue and production goals

• Expand your book through cross-selling and client retention

Agency Operations & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales producers and staff

• Oversee daily agency operations, staffing, and performance

• Build a high-performance, accountable team culture

• Ensure compliance with Farmers guidelines and licensing requirements

Compensation

• Uncapped income potential (commissions, renewals, bonuses)

• Long-term residual income from your book of business

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales, business development, or leadership

• Proven track record of hitting revenue or production goals

• Strong financial acumen

• Ability to recruit, lead, and coach a team

• Background check required

Licensing

• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health

• (or able to quickly obtain required licenses for agency ownership in Utah)
