Job Description
The purpose of this classification is to receive and respond to incoming emergency and non-emergency calls to the City's public safety communications center, and to dispatch law enforcement and/or fire/rescue personnel via radio and/or computer-aided dispatch systems, as appropriate. Retention incentive(s) and sign on bonus must be repaid if you voluntarily separate from city employment within twelve (12) months from the date you receive the incentive(s).
