Job Details Shift: 3x12H Nights, 19:00 - 07:30 Floating: Required, including L&D and possibly between OCM and SMC Weekend Shifts: Scheduled as needed Experience: Minimum 3 years in Level III or IV NICU No first-time travelers Required Certifications BLS NRP Advanced NRP Patient Age Group Neonates Infants Systems Used Medication System: Omnicell Documentation System: EPIC Communication System: SBAR Required Skills Attend High Risk Deliveries

NICU IV

Neonates care (34 weeks) Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management Blood glucose monitoring, Insulin administration Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage) Placement/Management of oral/nasogastric/Naso jejunal tubes Isolation Precautions, Sepsis Work Up Administration of Blood and Blood Products Arterial line management, Central line blood draw Starting and maintaining IVs, UAC, UVC Neonatal Dosage Calculations Antibiotics/Antivirals, Anti-Seizure Medications IV vasopressors, Assist with lumbar puncture Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Seizure disorders APGAR scoring, Developmental Care Patient/family teaching, Phlebotomy, Thermoregulation Bubble CPAP, Endotracheal Tube Suctioning High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), High Frequency Ventilation Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Management of Chest Tubes Oscillators, Respiratory distress syndrome Tracheostomy Management, Vapotherm Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP) #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
